At Mimilulu Creations, we strive to provide you with the highest quality accessories. However, due to the nature of some of our items, including all custom/personalized orders, we are unable to offer any refunds or returns at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you encounter any issues with your product, we kindly ask that you email us with your order number and pictures of the issue to mimilulucreations@gmail.com. We will carefully review your case and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

Please note that while we will do our best to address any concerns, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our current TAT is 2-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Orders are primarily shipped through USPS or UPS. Delivery estimations are generated through the carrier. Therefore, Mimilulu Creations is not responsible for shipping delays. If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, your order will be refunded and a restocking fee of 10% will be charged. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We are currently only shipping to the United States.

Choking Hazard Disclaimer

Never leave infants/small children unattended with these products as they may present as choking hazards if chewed on. No product is completely indestructible, and fully formed teeth could potentially damage product if chewed aggressively. Therefore, responsible attentiveness is needed for any user or purchaser. Buyer should always inspect and monitor their products, discontinuing use at the first sight of damage. The buyer assumes any and all resposibility and liability for the use of the products.

Care Instructions

Please be careful to not over stretch bracelets too far. They are made of durable elastic string but are still capable of breaking if not handled properly and carefully. Avoid submerging bracelets and metal items in water, nor spraying with perfumes. While We use quality material for our handmade products, some metals may not be 100% tarnish free. Those vendors that tell you otherwise, may not be truthful. Store in a dry place.
